- Can I just walk into your office? No, generally not. In fact, at most of our service locations there is not always someone present.

- Can I claim my earplugs from insurance? We are sometimes asked whether it is possible to claim for custom-made earplugs from insurance companies.
- How long do custom-made earplugs last? At Audinc, we do our best to provide a high-quality product.
- What kind of material is used for the earplugs? We use multiple types of materials.
- What is the difference between standard earplugs and custom earplugs? Many people wonder in what respect custom-made hearing protection differs from the standard earplugs available at the Kruidvat and elsewhere.
- What about the different handles? Most of our earplugs are available in multiple designs.
- Do you also make earplugs that seal the entire ear? We are sometimes asked if we make earplugs that prevent sound from being heard at all.
- What is the difference between hard and soft hearing protection? Most of our earplugs are available in both hard and soft material.
- Should I have my ears cleaned out? We are sometimes asked if people need to have their ears cleaned out before we can take measurements.
- How are custom earplugs produced? From an impression of your ear canal to the finished earplug in our own lab: the fitting takes five minutes, then your model goes into production.
- How is custom hearing protection tested for fit and attenuation? With a digital leak test: about 5 millibar of pressure, five seconds per ear. It shows whether your earplug still seals — which you cannot judge by eye.

- How much do the earplugs attenuate? Overview of the official SNR attenuation values per filter and material, according to EN 352-2.
- I would like to order an additional product If you have recently had earplugs measured by us, you can easily order an extra set.
- Can you dive with the swimming earplugs? Can you use earplugs while diving?
- I have tubes, can I have earplugs fitted? This is possible, although there are exceptions.
- My hearing is already damaged, are earplugs any use? Yes. In fact, wearing earplugs will keep your hearing from getting further damaged.
- From what age can you get earplugs fitted? We are often asked if Audinc also fits earplugs to children.
- What payment options are available? Card, iDEAL, Apple Pay, credit card or bank transfer. Whether you can pay cash depends on the country.
- When will shipping costs be charged ? All our orders ship free from €100 incl. VAT.
